Quality Control Checkers

We are seeking three experienced Inspectors for the first shift who will be responsible for conducting quality assessments and measurements on products within specified dimensions. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of transitioning between projects as needed. You will handle 200-300 subassemblies, each with multiple parts, requiring visual and hands-on inspection, tolerance reviews to ensure they meet specifications, and completion of data packages both manually and electronically.

Complete first article inspections, generating reports and PCMM points maps detailing product quality.

Develop and maintain inspection reports.

Perform inspections across all stages of production.

Prepare and maintain test data for review.

Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.

Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.

Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.

Inspection, quality control, and quality assurance expertise.

• Proficiency in quality inspection and parts measurements.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with inspection tools, engineered drawings, prints, and assessing customer requirements in a CNC machine shop.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems.

Experience with a quality management system.
