Your Role Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Collaborate with a team to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for residents
Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the Director of Nursing
Promote restorative care to encourage residents’ independence and well-being
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided
Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards
Who We’re Looking For Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of WV or in a compact state
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care
Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality care
