Powder Coat PainterDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Powder Coat Painters for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality finished metal components while working with an established team in a manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and working with coating equipment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Prepare and apply powder coating materials to metal components using powder coating equipmentClean and prepare metal surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion and finish qualityMix and prepare powder coating materials based on job specifications and color requirementsTransfer coated parts to curing ovens and monitor the curing processInspect finished products for quality, defects, and compliance with specificationsFollow safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materialsRecord production, material usage, and quality data in Epicor and other production reports1+ year of powder coating, painting, or related metal-finishing experience2+ years of manufacturing experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to read, write, and follow work instructions in EnglishKnowledge of powder coating application techniques and equipment operationUnderstanding of surface preparation methods and coating adhesion requirementsAbility to maintain quality standards and work safely in a manufacturing environmentEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
