Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
AB Staffing is looking for an experienced BCBA that is available for the 2025/2026 School Year.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work; Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
see and read computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; May include: frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to ~25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment/materials up to ~40 pounds

Support the implementation of functional behavior assessments
Lead, develop, and implement applied behavior analysis principles in the classroom, such as pairing, natural environment teaching and discrete trial instruction
Assist in the development of instructional materials, accommodations, modifications, assessments, and data collection tools for individual students
Collect and summarize behavior data to assess and monitor student progress
Facilitate and coach teams through the development and implementation of functional behavior assessments/behavior intervention plans and crisis plans for identified students
Participate in Professional Development Coaching team meetings and professional learning opportunities
