Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including nursing homes and inpatient facilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing health coaching strategies to promote overall wellness. Your expertise in triage and medication administration will be essential in delivering effective healthcare services.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify health issues and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical history.
Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
Provide health coaching to patients and their families regarding disease management and prevention strategies.
Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care based on urgency and severity of conditions.
Assist with airway management and ventilate patients as necessary during emergencies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records.
Educate patients about family planning options and other health-related topics as needed.
Skills
Proficient in health coaching techniques to support patient education and engagement.
Experience working in nursing home environments or similar settings is preferred.
Strong triage skills to assess patient conditions effectively in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of inpatient care protocols and procedures for various ailments.
Competence in airway management techniques for emergency situations.
Familiarity with family planning practices and counseling methods.
Ability to ventilate patients using appropriate equipment when required.
Understanding of CT (Computed Tomography) procedures as they relate to nursing responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
