We are seeking a professional receptionist to join our dynamic team at our law firm in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be the first impression of our firm, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This role is crucial in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and that our clients feel welcomed and attended to.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and inquiries.

Manage the reception area, including receiving mail and packages.

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.

Maintain the reception area and common areas clean and organized.

Provide administrative support to attorneys and firm staff.

Manage the appointment scheduling system.

Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a law firm.

Bilingual English/Spanish highly recommended (PLUS).

Professional and friendly demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Miami, FL office.

Availability to work standard office hours is required.
