Serves as Program Manager

Serves as full line supervisor of subordinate staff

Provides input into all statewide monitoring activities

Consults with and advises community and regional advisory councils, committees, and private agencies onprogram needs, standards, and services

Requires an MSW or master's degree in a related human services field.

Requires four years of progressively administrative child welfare experience with an MSW OR five years of progressivelyresponsible administrative child welfare experience with a master's degree in a related human services field.

Prefers 5 years of professional experience managing or conducting program monitoring for a public or private child welfareagency.

Prefers 3 years of experience supervising professional staff engaged in the provision of child welfare services.

Prefers 3 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in a socialservice agency.

Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties. requires certain state officials and employees to file annual Statements of Economic Interest with the Office of the Secretaryof State that will be made available for examination and copying by the public.
