Receptionist/Clerk II - Full Time - Days
Under the supervision of the Department Head, the Receptionist/Clerk II performs various reception and clerical duties. Core job responsibilities include greeting and checking in outpatients, activating accounts as needed and entering orders, obtaining co-pays, registering patients as needed, obtaining outside imaging exams for comparison, answering phones, faxing reports, and distributing incoming faxes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining patient film files and pertinent imaging records, upholding patient confidentiality at all times, distributing department mail, and assisting patients, technologists, radiologists, and medical staff as needed. Other duties as required.
Education/Experience Requirements: Required: High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years office experience. Preferred: Bi or multi-lingual.
