$24.00 per hour
Flexibility with shifts is required
Applicants must be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights, and holidays if needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields and must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.
Strong communication and report writing skills.
Comfortable using security systems, radios, and incident reporting tools.
Excellent computer, grammar, and punctuation skills.
Conflict de‑escalation and customer service skills.
Work Schedule Must be flexible and available for all shifts: days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Adapt to different post orders, access control systems, and security protocols.

Typical Responsibilities Maintain site access control and visitor logs.
Maintain a professional presence while enforcing corporate security policies.
Follow all company, client, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, directions, and assistance.
Qualifications At least 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with report writing.
Computer skills are a must.
Monitoring and surveillance experience.
Essential computer competencies.
Comfortable with outdoor environments in diverse weather conditions.
Security guard experience preferred, not required.
