Physicist - REMOTE

Mercor seeks a Gravitation, Cosmology and Astrophysics Physicist (PhD) for a remote contract of 8 to 10 weeks. The role focuses on evaluating AI model training and improving model outputs for research-level physics challenges, with emphasis on gravitation and cosmology.
You will develop complex physics problems for AI evaluation, review results with structured feedback, and collaborate with AI research teams to ensure rigor in model reasoning.
