HR Generalist - Nightshift
Adient plc
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (ADA, ADEA, EEOC, NLRA, etc.).
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various HR topics.
Assist with planning and executing employee engagement and positive employee relations activities.
Coordinate company‑wide events, celebrations, and community activities that strengthen teamwork, morale, and the sense of belonging.
Provide support to employees on different shifts (rotating, nights, split shifts).
Primary Location Avanzar San Antonio Facility
