The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high‑end, elevated dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service execution, and strong financial performance. Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards

Partner with culinary leadership to align service flow with kitchen execution

Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement

Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, and hourly staff

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships

Restaurant management experience, with strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and service standards

Proven ability to lead teams and manage high‑volume, high‑expectation environments

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
