Virtual Concierge Coordinator

Supporting the delivery of a world-class concierge program for VIP donor guests, the part-time Concierge Coordinator will manage guest communications, itinerary coordination, and service-request tracking, ensuring high-touch hospitality during the Games in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing the Games Hospitality concierge program for VIP donor guests and dignitaries
Coordinate day-to-day concierge support, including guest check-ins, service requests, and transportation logistics
Maintain detailed guest profiles and service-request tracking tools to provide personalized support
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or event coordination
Experience supporting VIPs or high-profile individuals with professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to manage logistics and operations across multiple venues or program areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with donors and producing reports
Familiarity with tracking tools and maintaining accurate guest itineraries and preferences
