Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join a well-supported, collaborative MFM team in Fargo, North Dakota. to practice consultative MFM within a growing Women's Health program supported by strong partnerships, advanced technology, and a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists.

Join a dedicated team of 2 Board-Certified MFM physicians, 3 experienced APPs, and 2-3 genetic counselors
Consult-only practice with shared telephone call
Collaborative management of the inpatient Antepartum Service alongside Ob/Gyn partners
Work with 13 Ob/Gyn colleagues in a strong, collegial environment
New, state-of-the-art Labor & Delivery Unit
High-risk obstetrics supported by a Level IV NICU
Pediatric Surgeons and 1 Pediatric Neurosurgeon

Close partnership with REI colleagues and a thriving IVF program
Opportunities to participate in regional outreach and expanded program development
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation of $645,000 for the first 2 years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
