Shift Details:
~2 Evening Shift and 2 Nights Shift (8-hour shifts)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide skilled care to Veterans/residents, including assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers.
Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and residents’ physical and emotional condition; Maintain resident hygiene, comfort, cleanliness, and safety, including fall prevention and use of safety devices as directed.
Follow infection control, emergency, and facility safety protocols.
Document care provided accurately in daily logs or electronic medical records and participate in shift hand-off reports.
Provide respectful emotional support, encourage independence, and uphold residents’ rights, dignity, and privacy.
Assist residents with recreational and social activities.
Work under the supervision of an RN or LPN and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements.
