In this role, you won’t just inspect products—you’ll play a critical part in ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence across the entire operation .
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be a key player in maintaining high standards from start to finish:
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specs to define inspection criteria
Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods
Conduct detailed visual inspections to catch defects and nonconformities
Approve or reject parts based on compliance—and support rework when needed
Accurately document results and enter data into SAP and reporting systems
Maintain and verify calibration of inspection and measurement equipment
Partner with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to resolve quality issues
We’re looking for quality professionals who thrive in fast-paced, detail-intensive environments:

• ️ Experience in quality inspection, QA, or QC within manufacturing
• ️ Hands-on proficiency with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• ️ Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality systems
• ️ Experience with SAP, Excel, and data reporting tools
• ️ Build deep expertise in quality systems, inspection practices, and calibration methods

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.
