Role Description The Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lake Elsinore, CA. This role manages all aspects of the escrow process for residential real estate transactions, including opening and maintaining escrow files, preparing documents, and coordinating closings. Daily responsibilities include communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies to obtain required information and ensure accurate, timely completion of escrow instructions. The Escrow Officer will review contracts, verify funds, handle disbursements, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves delivering consistent, professional customer service and resolving issues to support smooth transaction experiences.
Qualifications Experience with escrow operations, including Escrow file management and transaction coordination
Notary skills or ability to obtain Notary Public commission for document execution
Strong Customer Service capabilities, with clear communication and client-focused problem-solving
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate practices, contracts, and industry terminology
Ability to work on-site in Lake Elsinore, CA and collaborate with agents and staff
Prior experience as an Escrow Officer or in a related escrow/title role preferred
Familiarity with escrow and title software systems and basic office technology
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional real estate or escrow-related certifications are a plus
