Registered Nursing- RN - ER\/ICU

Provide specialized critical care nursing to patients in the ICU, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor and manage highly acute patients with complex medical needs.

Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to ICU needs.

Monitor patient responses and modify care interventions accordingly.

Document patient progress accurately using Meditech system in compliance with hospital policies.

Float across Medical-Surgical or Emergency departments as needed for staffing requirements.

Hold an active RN license with over 2 years of ICU experience.

Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to support new graduate RNs.

Ability to work self-scheduled shifts with oversight, including weekends.

Gain experience with advanced equipment and technology in a dynamic ICU environment.
