RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare Mellow Mushroom menu; be the master of slicing, chopping, and grilling

Possess an impeccable sense of timing; coordinating with other kitchen team members to ensure every table and guest receive orders in a timely fashion

Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment; help kitchen staff when requested

Help Mellow Mushroom maintain a sanitized, safe, and orderly environment in the kitchen

Monitor stock, refill necessary items, and place orders for shortages

Be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items while keeping a positive attitude
