Full Time - Client Services Rep

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Core Lab- Lewiston, Idaho - 1035 21st Street, Lewiston, Idaho
Primary Function: Responsible for greeting and helping patients, triaging phone calls, data entry, and other items related to day-to-day operations.
Work Performed: Follow and demonstrate PRL’s core values, which includes mutual respect and teamwork, a collegial work environment, and commitment to staff and patient safety.
Understand and adhere to all safety and HIPAA related standards to ensure high quality patient care.
Provide superior customer service to all patients and clients.
Establishes strong working relationships with clients and laboratory staff to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
General clerical duties include answering multiple phone lines, accurate data entry, faxing, filing, and taking messages.
Maintains all records required by laboratory guidelines.
Keeps up to date on Medicare compliance.
Complies with established laboratory policies, procedures, and standards of operation.
Complies with laws, regulations, and ethical standards concerning laboratory business and patient confidential information.
Assist with STAT or other specimen pickups at various locations using company vehicle.
Assist in the training of new employees as requested.
Attend meetings such as in-service meetings, department meetings, etc.
Keep work area neat and clean.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience Background: Typing, data entry, and technical skills preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Laboratory or Phlebotomy experience a plus.
Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Additional Information: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
