Claims Liability Adjuster (Remote)

Handling complex and high exposure bodily injury and property damage claims, the full-time remote Claims Analyst with Adjuster License will investigate and adjust claims while directing outside counsel and vendors in the claims-handling process.

Key responsibilities

Investigates and adjusts claims, directing outside defense counsel and vendors in the claims-handling process

Assists the Claims Manager in identifying exposures and recommending solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Supervises outside vendors and interacts with insurance carriers and third-party claimants to manage complex claims effectively

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience with seven or more years in casualty claims

Strong technical skills in claims handling and a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverage

Adjuster licenses required for various states, with the ability to obtain necessary licensing within 90 days

Experience managing large exposure and complex claims, including litigated matters

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with claimants, attorneys, and internal teams
