You will also be meticulously documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress according to facility and regulatory standards while actively participating in care team rounds and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure seamless care. To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution and hold state licensure as a Physical Therapist. While CPR certification is preferred and additional specialized certifications can be a bonus, they are not mandatory. We treasure previous experience but more importantly, we seek those who can tackle complex medical cases with empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
