CFO Finance & Accounting

The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the overall financial functions of their specific Division. This position may have limited day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities, but will primarily support forward‑looking financial projections, including budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analyses. This hands‑on position will work directly with the Division and Finance Leaders in supporting the financial and operational management needs of their Division.

Prepare financial and operational reports for executive management.

Prepare financial feasibility studies for both raw land and finished lot purchases.

Work with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

Train division employees on proper invoice coding and processing.

Coordinate monthly financial/budget review meetings with other departments.

Partner with finance and division leaders to increase overall division performance.
