Casino- Restaurant Bartender

Job Description Summary As the Bartender, you are responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Your focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional guest service contributes to a high-quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the beverage department.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, while also providing food and beverage service in accordance with venue standards when working in restaurant or lounge environments that offer food items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, and line equipment
Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
Qualifications 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Food Handlers Card
Nevada Gaming Registration
Union Pour Card
at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer
Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
