We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Chicago. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to work on exciting commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in estimating for a General Contractor and play a key role in driving project success.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
8+ years of commercial estimating experience at a General Contractor.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Competitive base salary ($125K-$155K) plus bonus opportunities.
