What You'll Do
Conduct participant-centered nutrition assessments using VENA
Identify/document nutrition risks and provide follow-up for high-risk participants
Assign and tailor WIC food packages
Provide individualized nutrition education, including breastfeeding support
Interpret growth and lab trends
Support participant goal-setting and make referrals to health/social services
Document all nutrition services in accordance with WIC standards
Assist with intake, phone support, anthropometrics, and blood work as needed
Adhere to State WIC and Noble policies; complete required competency training
What We're Looking For
Certified Dietitian (CD) - Wisconsin, OR NDTR registered with CDR, preferred
Ability to pass WIC Nutritionist competency assessment within 1 year
Preferred: 2+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 1+ year with a master's/doctoral degree
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with participants, colleagues, and community partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Wisconsin Driver's License and eligibility to operate a company vehicle
