We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processor to manage loan files from post-LOI through closing . The Loan Processor will serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and brokers throughout the processing phase, taking full ownership of their pipeline and ensuring that files move efficiently through underwriting, third-party ordering, and closing. You will work closely with business developers (BD), underwriting, closing, and servicing teams , as well as external partners such as title companies, insurance agents, and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, brokers, and third parties
Coordinate with insurance agents to ensure policies meet lender requirements
Order and manage third-party reports (flood certs, credit, background checks)
Review financials, entity documents, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
Identify and escalate risks related to credit, liquidity, ownership, or documentation gaps
Maintain organized and up-to-date loan files within CRM and document management systems
2+ years of loan processing experience (private lending, DSCR, bridge, or construction preferred)

• Entity structures (LLCs, ownership breakdowns, guarantors)
• Financial documentation (PFS, bank statements, liquidity)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Encompass, or similar)

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage a full pipeline independently
Clear and confident communicator who can manage borrower and BD expectations
Process-driven but adaptable to complex deal structures
