RN - mental health (night shift - part-time or full-time)

Registered Nurse (RN) - Cottonwood Springs We are looking for a registered nurse who will assess patients, plan care, oversee shifts, and provide quality clinical service in a 108-bed behavioral health hospital.
Responsibilities Assess the patient and plan care within set timeframes, documenting findings according to policies.
Oversee and supervise the shift, including delegating tasks and ensuring nursing policies and procedures are followed.
Monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly, including notification of the physician.
Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
Use empathy, dignity, and respect in interactions with patients.
Deliver quality nursing care to ensure treatment plan goals are executed per hospital policies and procedures.
Assist or perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.
Qualifications Associate's Degree required.
Current RN license as required by state regulations.
CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
Schedule: 3x12/4x10/5x8 days (7a‑7p)/nights (7p‑7a) + rotating weekends/every 3rd weekend/every weekend + on‑call, holidays, etc. (e.g., 3x12, nights (7p‑7a), rotating weekends).
