Head of Project Management

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist the project management team with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.

Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.

Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre‑bid and job start meetings.

Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.

Under supervision of Project Manager, facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented.

Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close‑out activities and assist with building occupancy.

Prepare field reporting for review by Project Manager.

Perform QA/QC process.

Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.

Demonstrate an understanding of how project documentation impacts the project flow.

Deliver quality work product by role‑modeling organizational core values.

Proactively participate in self‑development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression.

Preferred Education and Experience Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
