HR Generalist - Full Time - Permanent

$20 - $23 per hour

Care Team Solutions is looking for motivated, self-starters, that are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with an up and coming healthcare staffing & recruiting agency as an HR Generalist for our Clinical Research Division!

Entry Level Position with lots of support!

Full-Time, Perm Position

$20-$23/hr based on exp + Commission

Responsibilities of HR Generalist/Recruitment:

Comfortable on the phone, and assisting in recruiting new talent

Help maintain and organize records and track assigned equipment

Support recruitment efforts for new clinical research nurse roles over timeChecking timesheets for accuracy

Entering data into databases and spreadsheets

Sets up and maintains provider information in online credentialing databases and system.

Work as a team player within the office to effectively place candidates.

Skills & Qualifications of the HR Generalist:

Minimum of an associate’s degree, or four years work experience.

Basic Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
