Managing Head of Retail Sales

At La DoubleJ, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist Store Management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and upholding our operational and visual standards. Acting as the “Manager-on-Duty” in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager, you’ll lead by example, inspire the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Sales Leadership

Act as a leader on the floor, driving sales and modeling outstanding customer service and clienteling.

Supervise and support the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining selling standards.

Provide floor supervision that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures an elevated shopping experience.

Train and coach associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.

Partner with associates on the floor to enhance selling skills and team effectiveness.

Maintain control of key company assets, including cash, inventory, and loss prevention protocols.

Ensure compliance with operational policies and accuracy in all procedures.

Store Standards & Merchandising

Support visual and promotional directives, ensuring the store reflects La DoubleJ’s standards of style and presentation.

Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually compelling at all times.

Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the bold and joyful spirit of La DoubleJ.

Stay current with fashion trends and demonstrate an understanding of how to create vibrant, on-brand looks.

Operate cash registers and computers efficiently.

Minimum 2 years of retail selling and management experience.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Strong communication and observation skills with an eye for customer and employee behavior.

Ability to retain and apply product knowledge and company policies effectively.
