Front Desk Wellness Coordinator
Hourly Base + Bonus | Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented team member for part-time, in-clinic duties focused on front desk operations and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients in a calm, professional wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and members upon arrival and complete check-in procedures
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems
Process payments and support basic point-of-sale functions
Maintain accurate records and complete basic reporting tasks
Provide general administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
Compensation & Hours:
Approximately 25–32 hours per week (negotiable)
Hourly base pay plus bonus opportunity based on performance
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Comfort using phone systems, scheduling software, and electronic records
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
