Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.50 per hour

We are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapy Aide who brings energy, warmth, and attention to detail to support our team across multiple locations.

Assist PTs, OTs, and PTAs with patient flow, exercise equipment setups, and thermal pack applications under direct supervision

Safely guide patients to and from therapy bays and assist them onto non‑manual exercise equipment as directed by PTs, OTs, and PTAs

Strong multitasking skills to maintain a clean, organized clinic floor, set up exercise equipment efficiently, and keep schedules on track

basic knowledge of medical/PT terminology preferred

Ability to safely assist licensed therapists with patient transfers, positioning, and clinic navigation under direct supervision by PTs, OTs, and PTAs

High school diploma (or equivalent); prior experience in a clinic, customer service, or athletic environment preferred

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between designated clinic locations as needed

The hiring range for this role is $16.00-$20.50 per hour. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits.
