Insurance Care Advocate
ChenMed
ChenMed is hiring a Care Facilitator to greet patients, check them in and out, and schedule visits in a busy clinic. You will verify insurance, collect copays, and help coordinate referrals while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor for every patient interaction.
The role requires a high school diploma (Medical Assistant preferred) and at least 1 year of clinic experience, with proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office. Some evening/weekend work may be required.
