Join Our Growing ABA Therapy Team Looking for a BCBA role where you can actually see the impact of your work? Where data-driven decisions lead to measurable client progress? Our Houston clinic is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who thrives on results and values evidence-based practice. What You'll Do As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our clinic, you'll be the cornerstone professional in our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs. Your role involves combining clinical expertise with team leadership and fostering strong family partnerships. These plans will utilize evidence-based ABA techniques, such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and prompting, to effectively teach new skills and reduce problematic behaviors. You'll actively implement these intervention programs, collaborating closely with clients, their families, and behavior technicians to ensure the successful application of strategies.

Monitor client progress through continuous data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes

Supervise and train behavior technicians, providing guidance to ensure high standards of care

Collaborate with therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure consistent application of intervention plans

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with BACB ethics code and regulatory requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Active BCBA certification with no disciplinary actions or restrictions

Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven clinical decisions

Experience supervising and training behavior technicians or other professionals

Knowledge of evidence-based ABA techniques and current best practices

Experience Level | Annual Salary Range | Entry-Level (0-1 year post-certification) | $65,000 - $75,000 | Early Career (1-3 years) | $70,000 - $80,000 | Mid-Career (3-5 years) | $75,000 - $85,000 | Experienced (5-10 years) | $80,000 - $95,000 | Senior-Level (10+ years) | $90,000 - $110,000+

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
