Job Details Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing

Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents

Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review

Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions

D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida

5–7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work

Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
