Job Title
RN OR – Travel Nursing – Miami, FL
Responsibilities
Perform surgeries including joint replacement, ENT, orthopedic, spine, urology, podiatry, thoracic, and plastic surgeries.
Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care following OR protocols.
Scrub, circulate, and support all service lines; follow unit guidelines.
Maintain charting accuracy and participate in 24‑hour on‑call and weekend coverage as scheduled.
Qualifications
RN license.
ACLS, BLS, and 2+ years acute OR experience (orthopedic, spine, joint replacement, knee/hip).
Preferred: PALS, CNOR, and charge experience.
Shift & Compensation
13‑week contract; 8‑hour shifts 11:00‑21:00; 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed; 91 contract weeks; travel stipend tax‑free (amount TBD).

Location: HCA Florida Mercy Hospital, 3663 South Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33133.
29 beds, 1 Charge RN, 2‑3 RNs, 2 techs, clinical coordinator. Patient‑ratio 3:1.
Equipment: X‑ray, pre‑op, anesthesiology, lab, ECG, EMR Meditech.
