About This Role The Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg/Tele Float Pool at Hackensack Meridian Health provides comprehensive patient care, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Facility: Jersey Shore University Medical Center
Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
Perform age and disease specific assessment/data collection independently.
Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions.
Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care.
Provide ongoing communication with patient/family and healthcare team.
Implement age and disease specific care in an organized manner.
Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation of patient assessments.
Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg/Tele RN experience required
Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required
