Do you want to make a positive change in your community? Community Supported Living Caregiver
offers support to individuals with disabilities, who are aging or have mental illness as they strive for independence. They provide individualized support, problem solving, companionship, and guidance to individuals in their homes. Community Supported Living
program is designed to help clients maximize their independence and reside in their homes within the community. We offer support with chores, housekeeping, wellness, transportation, community engagement and more!
Part-Time:
10–20 hours per week
Community Supported Living (CSL)
Support includes chores, housekeeping, wellness, transportation, and community engagement
individualized support , problem-solving, and companionship
cleaning, hygiene, community engagement)
medication monitoring
(Encourage independence and meaningful community participation
Foster health and safety through guidance and support
Participate in ongoing training and development
Mileage reimbursement
Employee Assistance Program
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to meet auto insurance requirements
First Aid & CPR (preferred; Travel
Daily travel may be required.
