Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLabel Machine OperatorIconex | Liverpool, NYNight Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AMPay: $23.00–$25.00/hour + $3.50 night differential = $26.50–$28.50/hourPosition OverviewIconex is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to safely operate and maintain high-speed label manufacturing equipment. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial manufacturing equipment experience, preferably in printing, labels, packaging, converting, paper, plastics, or similar environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, adjust, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment.Perform machine changeovers and adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.Perform minor mechanical adjustments and preventative maintenance.Monitor inks, adhesives, coatings, and raw materials.Identify and correct quality issues during production.Record production, downtime, and quality information using computer systems.Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.Requirements2+ years of industrial manufacturing machine operation experience.Experience troubleshooting and adjusting production equipment.Ability to read work instructions and production specifications.Basic computer skills.Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to quality.Preferred: Experience with printing, labels, flexible packaging, paper, plastics, converting, laminating, slitting, extrusion, press operation, roll-to-roll, or other high-speed automated equipment.26.50–$28.50/hour potential pay$3.50/hour night shift differentialFull-time, stable manufacturing careerTraining and advancement opportunitiesModern manufacturing environmentStrong safety culture and team-oriented workplace\nCompany DescriptionIconex is a leading provider of label solutions serving industries including quick-service restaurants, hospitality, grocery, retail, pharmacy, e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing.
