Service Advisor
Premier Fleet Services in Chesapeake, Virginia, a proud member of DuraFleet, is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our fast‑paced service department. If you have a passion for helping people, love the automotive industry, and thrive in a team‑oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively

Serve as the link between our customers and technicians to ensure quality and timely repairs

Provide an exceptional service experience that builds trust and long‑term relationships

Previous service advisor or customer service experience preferred (automotive background a plus)

Monthly incentives and quarterly bonuses

Hands‑on training program and flexible schedule

Weekly pay (based on experience or performance)

30 - $50 Hourly

40 - $60 Hourly
50 - $75 Hourly

* High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
