Caregiver – HomeWell Care Services

At HomeWell Care Services , we believe great care starts with great caregivers. As a HomeWell caregiver, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care based on each client's individualized care plan. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping clients remain comfortable, confident, and independent in their own homes.
Depending on the client's needs and care plan, your responsibilities may include:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping and laundry
Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Assistance with walking, mobility, and transfers
Following all individualized care plans and company policies
We are seeking caregivers who are:
Able to work independently while following care plans and instructions
Physically able to safely perform required caregiver duties
1,000 hours of experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses preferred (approximately 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time)

• CNA or HHA certification preferred, but not required
• Exceptions may be considered for newly licensed CNAs/HHAs and caregivers providing companionship or housekeeping services only
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance if transporting clients
• Ability to safely assist with client transfers and other physical care needs

~ Follow the Care Plan:
Provide services according to each client's individualized care plan and communicate with the office when needs change.
Provide Quality Care:
Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care while promoting each client's dignity and independence.
Promptly report changes in a client's condition, concerns, incidents, or emergencies to the Care Manager.
Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, and PPE requirements when applicable.
Accurately clock in and out of every shift and document completed tasks using ClearCare Telephony .
Arrive on time, communicate appropriately with the office, attend required training and meetings, and follow company policies and procedures.
Caregivers report directly to the Care Manager , with scheduling and shift coordination handled by the Staffing Coordinator .
Our office team is here to support you, answer questions, and help you be successful in your client assignments.
