This Med Surg travel nurse job in 40475, Kentucky, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Baptist Health Richmond. This role pays $2,099 per week and follows a Nights shift with a 3x12 schedule. As the Med Surg registered nurse on this assignment, you'll prioritize care across a varied medical-surgical caseload, administer ordered medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and manage admissions, discharges, and safe care transitions.

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (3x12)
Manage a varied caseload of patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions, including postoperative care when assigned
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the interdisciplinary care team
Travel Med Surg Requirements:
~Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Kentucky and national regulatory bodies.
