Receptionist
Located in Lexington, Kentucky, Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a compassionate and nurturing environment. We are seeking a dynamic and personable part-time receptionist to join our team and enhance the overall experience for our residents and their families.
As a receptionist at Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for:
Greeting residents, family members, visitors, and guests; Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to staff; Receiving mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivering or distributing items
Performing administrative and clerical support tasks
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
