Head of Care Management Operations

Hudson Milestones is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Director of Residential Operations to provide leadership for a high-impact department supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
This key leadership role oversees program quality, licensing compliance, daily operations, and staff performance through management across multiple residential sites in Hudson County. The Director of Residential Operations plays a central role in strengthening systems, driving accountability, supporting team development, and advancing compassionate, person-centered care.
Oversee daily operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage budgets, staffing, and quality improvement systems
- Health, dental, vision insurance, and Life Insurance
- Paid time off (vacation, sick days, personal time & holidays)

Bonuses and/ or incentives at the discretion of the Agency
In person/ On-site, Hudson County, NJ
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, including managerial or administrative work
- Solid computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities
