Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and entry requirements in accordance with site procedures.
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records, including issuing and recovering badges or credentials as directed.
Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
