Server / Bar Host / Runner

This is an Hourly and Non-Exempt position.

Seats guests in the dining and bar areas, while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.

Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.

Busses tables, delivers food and supports the dining room, while ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled. Will have a general knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products.

Answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner and directs calls.

Leads the lobby experience for each Guest, following Outback hospitality standards.

As a Servers Assistant, you will be assisting guests and supporting Servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
