Remote, Contract-based South Carolina Corporate/Transactional Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/WeekColumbia, United States | Posted on 06/02/2025We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated South Carolina-based Corporate/Transactional Attorney.Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10 hours per week.Attorney Requirements:Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of South CarolinaMinimum of 4 years in corporate/transactional law practiceStrong research and writing skillsWell-organizedProven ability to meet deadlinesSelf-starter and able to work independentlyOur Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!J-18808-Ljbffr
