Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely through video calls
Conduct training for caregivers/family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments
Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
