The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resources function. This role will be responsible for recruiting as well as retention, with a focus on all stages of the employee life cycle. At Hyatt, our purpose is to care for people so that they can be their best, and this role will be dedicated to the fulfillment of that purpose through all aspects of the colleague experience. This may include learning and development, coaching, recognition, labor relations, leaves of absence, workers compensation, and compliance. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director's absence.

2 or more years of human resource management experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry

Experience in recruiting and employee relations required

Highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
